Teddy Boy

Comments: one of the greatest games of the 8-bit era. to think all that fun crammed into one card. it was flat out difficult because you only got two extra lives. staying alive was a pain with those flying heads. how can anyone not like this? for as long as it was, it was well worth playing through it. how's about somebody beating the game getting perfect bonus rounds? that may be a challenge. something no game player will ever do. i came close but no dice. still teddy boy is still worth all the fun it brought to us all. one of SMS greatest games of all time. rock on teddy boy!

Alien Syndrome

Comments: everyone trashes alien syndrome and i don't know why. this game was hard as hell and lots of fun. the time within the levels to pass is a challenge but it is pretty cool. all people care about is graphics so they trash this for how it looks. SMS was about overall gameplay. and alien syndrome pushes you to the limits. the hardest part is dying while fighting a boss and using those crappy white bullets to try and kill them. despite that, it is up there as one of SMS best. no doubt about it. alien syndrome is a keeper for any SMS fan. if you can find it, get it. you won't be sorry. i did hate how the guy screamed when he died. it was pretty funny though. LOL

Action Fighter

Comments: action fighter was without a doubt one of the most difficult games ever for the SMS. the game lives up to it's name. because there was action from start to finish. you didn't know whether you wanted to be a plane or a motorcycle at times. the first 3 bosses were easy but the last 2 really were formidable, especially those boats in the final stage. it took me 12 years to finish this because i just couldn't get through it. but i enjoyed blowing those choppers out of the sky when i was on the ground. truly a video gamer's delight, action fighter is a great addition to any library. an 8-bit icon no doubt.

Kenseiden

From: prince bludnyte
Comments: kenseiden truly was one of the great games of its time. the music was very nice and i liked the amount of enemies. even if you go back they were everywhere. the hardest part were those freakin' training levels. the only easy one was the one at the bottom after defeating the mummy. all the others were a pain. i loved the bosses. they really challenged you, especially the last thing. i don't know what it is. i just called it a she-male. but he/she really was tough. i was disappointed in warlock. but i busted up his balls. but the new moves you learned along the way surely came in handy. for as hard as it was it did give you a lot of opportunities and a lot of health. but you needed it for the difficulty of this game. rock on kenseiden. it also had one of the coolest endings you can see for an 8-bit game. very well put together. you deserves an honorable 10 Hayoto!

The Ninja

Comments: wow! the ninja was hard as hell. the scrolls were a challenge to find. and the last level was one of the most difficult i have ever played in any game. it was sheer excitement and i loved how SMS made a game based on Japanese culture. it truly showed what SMS can do. i loved how the story came together. and the music was very advanced for its time. i never knew what that guy with the funny helmet was, so i gave him the famous name Garlicman because his head was shaped like a garlic. but ninja is yet another fine piece of work. truly a must have for any SMS fan. Kazamaru rules!
